Refund Policy
We'd rather you try CORVIX properly before paying anything, so here's how that works.
Free trial
Every new account gets 14 days of full access before any charge, and we don't ask for a card to start it. Use that time to see if CORVIX is actually useful to you. If it's not, just don't subscribe, nothing is charged and nothing needs cancelling.
After you subscribe
Once you're on a paid plan, subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Because the trial exists precisely so you can decide before paying, we generally don't offer refunds for a billing period that's already started. If you're charged in error, a payment fails to process correctly, or you're entitled to a refund under the law where you live (for example, EU/UK cooling-off rules), contact us and we'll sort it out.
How refunds are handled
Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all CORVIX purchases, meaning your payment legally goes to Paddle, not to us directly. Any approved refund is processed through Paddle back to your original payment method.
